Concrete Pumping Booking Terms

These terms summarize practical responsibilities for concrete pumping bookings with Concrete Pump Rental Inc.

The final written quote or booking confirmation should control if it contains job-specific terms that differ from this general page.

Service

Concrete Pump Rental Inc. provides concrete pumping equipment with an operator for scheduled jobs.

Ready-mix concrete, forming, reinforcement, placing, finishing and other construction services are separate unless specifically stated in writing.

Customer job information

The customer should provide accurate information about:

  • job address
  • concrete date and booked time
  • concrete volume
  • project type
  • truck-to-pour distance
  • access route
  • gates, stairs, slopes or sharp turns
  • concrete supplier
  • unusual site restrictions

Material changes should be reported before the job.

Site readiness

Before the booked time, the customer is responsible for having the job ready for concrete, including:

  • forms and reinforcement ready
  • pump setup area available
  • ready-mix access available
  • hose/pipe route clear
  • appropriate placing and finishing crew ready
  • washout arrangements considered
  • required site permissions or traffic arrangements in place

Ready-mix concrete

Ready-mix concrete is normally supplied by a separate company.

The customer or responsible contractor should ensure the concrete specification is appropriate for the project and that the supplier knows the concrete will be pumped.

Concrete delivery times should be coordinated with the pump booking.

Delays and schedule changes

Concrete pumping schedules depend on job readiness, ready-mix delivery and travel between jobs.

If the concrete time or job conditions change, notify Concrete Pump Rental Inc. as early as possible.

Any charges for waiting time, extended pumping time, cancellation, rescheduling or additional setup should follow the actual written quote or booking confirmation.

Access and site conditions

The customer should identify access limitations before the pump arrives.

Photos or video are recommended for difficult residential access.

The operator may need to change the planned setup if actual site conditions differ from the information provided or create a safety/equipment problem.

Equipment type

Concrete Pump Rental Inc. specializes in line-pump concrete pumping.

If a project requires a different equipment category, such as an articulated boom pump, that requirement should be identified before booking.

Pricing

Current pricing is provided by quote or booking confirmation and may depend on location, setup, pumping time, line requirements and job conditions.
